An ink regulator controls the ink flow exactly and consistently from beginning to end, without blots or skips. It is perfect for reviewing documents and taking notes. The modest, delicate design makes it the perfect companion for everyday office use. The cap-off ink does not run dry even if the cap is removed for 2-3 days. The cap has a sturdy metal clip and fits neatly on the end of the barrel.
