The SIP 8" Buffer Polisher is ideal for buffing and polishing metal materials when finishing or processing metalwork items. This includes fabricated parts and tube work made from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass. Highly versatile and durable, buffer/polisher machines are an essential item for any professional metalwork workshop. Powerful induction motor (550w). This delivers a high-powered 2980rpm speed to both mop wheels for outstanding buffing/polishing. Quality bearings and machined shafts ensure reliable, long life use. Supplied with two buffer mop wheels for first-stage polishing and final-stage buffing uses. A heavy-duty casing and fixed rubber feet reduces vibration when the machine is in operation. Two locking holes allow for workbench mounting as a permanent fixing. Effective forced air cooling for increased performance as the machine draws air to the motor via base panel inlets.
