The SIP 3-in-1 Metal Shear, Folder & Pyramid Roller is ideal for cutting, folding and rolling sheet metal sections. This includes mild steel, aluminium, coated steels and stainless steel. SIP Metal Cutters & Rollers are an essential manual processing machine for sheet metal workshops and professional metalworking. A guillotine function uses a scissor action blade to accurately cut sheet metal across a fixed position to a max. width of 760mm. Max. shearing thickness 1mm. Fitted with a clamp bar for holding sheet metal in place and an adjustable backstop to measure depth of cut. Ideal for folding and shaping sheet metal as a part of a production or manufacturing processes. Max. bending angle 90°. Max. bending thickness 1mm. Adjustable folding formers allow for various sized items to be produced. Three adjustable pyramid rollers allow sheet metal to be bent and rolled repeatedly to desired specification. Min. rolling diameter 39mm. Max. rolling thickness 1mm. Ideal for forming metal tubes, ducting and rings of varying thicknesses and diameters.
