This trade quality putty knife features a durable, hardened stainless steel blade that has a clipt shape where two edges - one straight cut and the other rounded - meet at a point, which is the ideal profile for a wide range of surfaces and situations where materials like putty and sealants need to be moulded to a smooth shape. As well as general filling tasks, its shape makes it ideal for reglazing windows and smoothing sealants at edges and corners for a smooth, seamless finish. The full tang blade extends all the way through the handle to prevent it snapping at the union between blade and handle, giving it a much longer lifetime than half tang DIY scrapers, mounted onto a premium quality, varnished hardwood handle that is ergonomically shaped for comfortable working.
