NanLite MixPad series LED panels incorporate three LED light sources into one compact light fixture. Switch between a "traditional" multi-LED source producing a harder light; surface mount (SMD) LEDs that provide a soft light, and Red, Green and Blue LEDs which can be mixed to create more than 360 colors at the touch of a button. Whether you need hard lighting with more throw, diffused lighting for flattering portraits and up close work, or colored light to set moods and express emotions you can do it all in one unit with no additional accessories. Applications include creating a variety of background colors by directing the RGB light onto a plain white wall or canvas, adding interesting hues and highlights to portrait photography, and setting mood and tone for music videos, short films, or any video production. At only 1 inch thick, the MixPad 11 can provide up to 902 lumens (606Lux @ 1m 5600K) of illumination. Supplied with a combination cold shoe - 1/4 20"" mount, the MixPad 11 can either be mounted directly on your camera, a light stand or tripod. With MixPad series LED panels you can quickly achieve beautiful, studio-quality results without adding plastic filters or cloth diffusion. Control knobs enable you to dial in brightness from 0-100%, temperature from warm to cold (3200K-5600K), and hue when in RGB mode. The NanLite MixPad 11 is a perfect carry everywhere light. Choose from multiple power options including an ac adapter (sold separately) or compatible Sony NP-F style batteries (not included) and it also features a built in battery level indicator.
