High grown Ceylon teas are manufactured with a smallish 'broken' leaf grade, traditionally smaller and browner than the teas grown in the low-lying regions. These leaves produce juicy, bright and mouth-watering teas with a note of refreshing citrus; the liquor is medium-bodied, coppery and fantastically thirst-quenching. This is a high quality loose leaf tea. Use one teaspoon per cup and brew for two to three minutes.
