This griddle is an enamelled steel plate highly appreciated to sear foodstuff. The steel plate is coated with mass enamel. The thickness of the plate is enough to perfectly sear some food like meat, fish and vegetables thanks to quality polishing. The enamel gives to the steel a better quality of finishing.
