The Adexa freestanding gas griddle is the perfect addition to any professional catering establishment, whether you are cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner. Featuring 2 x 35000BTU/hr stainless steel burners with independent pilots, the griddle also includes an oil bin with baffle and an anti-splash enclosure for easy cleaning. The default configuration is natural gas with gas connection pipe and 3/4" NPT thread included, but the griddle can be converted to an LPG gas supply to suit your requirements. This is an easy to use, compact and powerful gas griddle to stand up to the requirements of any commercial kitchen. Gas type: natural gas (can be converted to LPG).
