This heavy duty chip scuttle station is ideal for storing chips and bagging at the optimum holding temperature prior to serving. Stainless steel structure. Infrared ceramic heaters on top. Heating bulbs on top (40W). Mirror polished radiant plate against heater to improve efficiency. Can be used to keep chips or any food warm. Dumping pan partition to separate different food. Dumping pan and wiring rack can be interchanged. Cabinet underneath for storage of stuff. Perforated pan for drainage of chips grease. Stainless steel adjustable legs.
