Colpac is committed to mitigating our impact on the environment, both in our actions as a business and in the materials we use to produce packaging, and this is shown in the breadth of accreditations and certificates that we sign up to. Our ISO: 14001 accreditation means that we make sure environmental responsibility is driven into our daily practices. From recycling 100% of our boardwaste to implementing multiple on-site recycling options, we have identified clear objectives to monitor the impact of our activities and ensure we are always improving our environmental performance. We look to source as locally as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. We participate in schemes such as Woodland Trust, a carbon capture initiative, to further reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing. We also take part in local carbon off-setting schemes and partner with the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust to protect our local wildlife.
